The Grundig Satellit 800 Millennium incorporates
features like a large, 6? by 3 1/2? illuminated multifunction LCD display...
a traditional tuning knob so you can by-pass digital buttons... an analog
signal-strength meter... and unmatched antenna capabilities.
FEATURES:
- Synchronous detection to improve the purity of
shortwave and AM reception. This helps clarity fading signals and
reduce interference from adjacent frequencies.
- AGC - Automatic Gain Control - The onboard
microprocessor monitors signal strength, adjusts it up or down to
compensate for atmospheric and other conditions. It's like an onboard
radio engineer. Choose slow or fast mode.
- Excellent sensitivity and selectivity -
The Satellit 800 Millennium receives stations most radios can't,
including weak daytime shortwave signals.
- Three built-in bandwidths - using electronically

- Unique memory scan - With 70 user memory
presets, you may not want to scan every memory position. So the
Grundig Satellit 800 Millennium lets you scan 10 memory positions
at a time.
This feature lets you group your favorite stations: your BBC frequencies,
other shortwave favorites, local AM and FM stations. Tune your favorite
broadcasts in seconds!
- Clocks and timers - Two timer/clocks keep
track of time - local and alternate. The clocks turn the radio on/off,
