Orders must be received at CEI by 6:45 AM Eastern Time (1045 hours
Zulu Time) for same week day shipping, without an expedited processing
fee. There is no shipping on Friday. Orders placed after the same
day deadline of 7:00 AM Eastern Time until 8:45 AM Eastern Time who
request same day "after deadline" shipping, add $15.00 for
emergency special handling service. Michigan residents add 6% sales
tax or supply tax exemption number and reason for tax exemption. All
prices are in U.S. Dollars. Written purchase orders are accepted from
approved government agencies and most well-rated firms at a 10% surcharge
for net 10 billing. All sales are subject to availability, acceptance,
verification and authentication. We may not be able to complete your
order, or complete it in a timely manner, if you don't give us each
item of information we request accurately or enter your order after
published order deadlines. Giving us the information we ask for is
voluntary. For the protection of our customers, on all internet or
telephone orders where the credit or debit card is not present, billing

different from the primary billing address printed on your monthly
statement, the requested alternate delivery address must be on file

To add or update an alternate delivery address to your card, call

when selecting the ship to a different address service as these two

365/24/7. Your current authorization to ship to this alternate delivery
address must be placed on file with your card issuer not more than
30 days from the date of your order, or your authorization to ship
to this alternate delivery address will expire and will not be approved.
The maintenance and accuracy of your billing and alternate delivery
addresses with your card issuer is your responsibility. If you are
using a credit or debit card and select the ship to an alternate delivery
address optional service, our CEI Financial Services Group will contact
your card issuer prior to shipping to verify your current authorization
to ship to this address and to authenticate submitted information.
At the same time, your card issuer must guarantee payment of your
order if we ship to your requested alternate delivery address. A $10.00
US "ship to a different address" service fee will be conveniently
billed to your credit or debit card for contacting your card issuer
or other sources prior to shipping to verify your current authorization
to ship to this address and/or to authenticate submitted information.
If you want merchandise shipped to an alternate delivery address and
your card issuer can not record your request or does not have your
up-to-date request, the ship to an alternate delivery address service
will not be available for your card. In this case, we recommend using
a different card or select a different payment option. If your shipping
address is a P.O. Box or a P.O. Box Zip Code, [since United Parcel
Service (UPS) can not deliver to these addresses], your order must

To avoid this extra "ship to a different address" service
fee, you have four options. You may, (1) ship your order to the primary

After clearance of a money order payment, we can ship to any address.
When using a credit or debit card, when the ship-to address is different
from the billing address, allow up to four additional business days
for delivery due to additional order processing, bank verification
and authentication. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause,
but when your card is not present such as in an internet e-commerce
transaction, it is a necessary security precaution to prevent anyone
from gaining unauthorized access to your account. If you are using
a credit or debit card issued outside of the United States, US territories
or Canada, we also require a printed and signed copy of our completed
web order form, a photocopy of the front and back of your signed card,
and a copy of page one of your current credit or debit card statement

will apply. If Michigan sales tax was omitted for an order shipped
to the State of Michigan or not correctly calculated, then we may
audit and correct the Michigan sales tax without further notification
to you. If an order is submitted with prices different than the CEI
published advertised price, then we may audit and correct this price
difference up to and including $55.00 without further notification
to you. CEI and our freight partners assume no responsibility for
the inability to complete a delivery due to incorrect or missing information
on your order form, whether or not CEI or our freight partners attempt
